A weekly round up of blog posts I've been reading

Hello folks,
Remote, hybrid and onsite working is always a hot topic, but it is a bit more so this week, with quite a few posts and conversations describing the constant tug-of-war between back-to-work mandates and people who don’t want to or can’t be full-time onsite.
There are some views in the posts below, and here’s my take on team memory, joining up and serendipity in hybrid organisations from earlier this year.
Personally, I am really enjoying my Ricoch GRiiix camera and taking it on all my walks. Here are some of my favourite photos this week, channelling some vintage film vibes.

Enjoy this week’s posts and happy Friday.
