Posts from Awesome Folks #155

A weekly round up of blog posts I've been reading

Hello folks,

It’s been half term this week, which has meant grey skies, wind and rain. But that rain was much needed. It’s also meant a bit of a work slowdown as my other half has been off from work, so we’ve taken the time to wander around parks and enjoy our great position in the NW of England, close to lots of brilliant things.

3 photos, one of some railings against greenery, one of a quarry wall and one of some circus tents in red and white stripes

Photos from the week, railings in Birkenhead park, an old quarry in Waun-y-Llyn country park, and the circus arriving in Wallasey

I’ve had a great response to the course I launched last week called Building Successful Communities of Practice, which you can check out here https://tacit.pub/learnCoPs

I also have a few launch discount codes remaining. Use the promo code coplaunch15 at checkout to receive 15% off the full course fee. This offer is valid until 9 June 2025, while places remain.

It was also lovely to read this post from the Department of Business and Trade (also linked below) about their journey with matrix management. It’s always rewarding to hear how your work has a lasting impact, particularly the impact of Team Taxonomies.

Enjoy this week’s posts, and happy Friday.
