I’ve been deep in workshop design this week, a place I enjoy. I work within constraints to create a framework for engagement and contribution, and Liberating Structures is always a great help.

I’ve also enjoyed following the journey of the first group of course enrollments for my Communities of Practice course; I really enjoy hearing others’ stories and experiences.
