Hello folks,

I hope you are all keeping well and surviving what feels like a never-ending winter.

We are stuck in the middle of some much-needed kitchen renovations, which means that we are in some kind of holding pattern of stuff and chaos everywhere, but hopefully both the work and the winter will be over very soon; the blue skies are there, they are just hidden behind the clouds.

More exciting is that I have been through one round of edits on the second edition of Building Successful Communities of Practice. Once I have the final copy, it’s time for design and layout.
