This week I have been busy finalising the edits for the second edition of Building Successful Communities of Practice (sign up for updates here). The content is good to go; next up is design.

As part of the book, I have created a new organisational maturity model that helps people understand how their organisation supports Communities of Practice, from early awareness through to self-sustaining, industry-shaping practice. Find out more on my blog post here.
