Hello folks,
This week I’ve mostly been in Edinburgh at UX Scotland and having a bit of a wander around the city. It was really interesting to see the Scottish Government's approaches to Service Patterns and Caroline Jarrett’s thoughts on why people fill in forms incorrectly and why that’s a data issue.
Magical Edinburgh
I've also been thinking about hybrid working after speaking to someone who had never worked in an office before COVID; this blew my mind, but it is 6 years ago now. We still don’t have it worked out, and there was some discussion about this on LinkedIn from Rob Bowley. So I’m resharing my post from 2024 A framework for thinking about team memory, joining up and serendipity in hybrid organisations, which is more relevant than ever.
Enjoy this week’s posts and happy Friday.
Emily
