Posts from Awesome Folks #65

A weekly round up of blog posts I've been reading

Hello folks,

I have been in New York this week speaking at QCon, hearing, amongst other things, how NASA manage complexity and how Agile is being used for cyber-physical systems.

I am also pretty excited to be going to see social engineer and scouser Jenny Radcliffe speak about her book People Hacking at Waterstones next week. Physical penetration testing and social engineering is a fascinating topic that shows that the weakest part of any security system is people. If you want a quick listen to learn more about her, she was on the Darknet Diaries podcast a little while ago.

If this is a subject you are interested in, the latest episode also has some great stories and one that shows how when an organisation treats people well, they care and are your best line of defence.

Enjoy this week’s links and happy friday.
